I just wanted to let you know about what a super
professional you have in Cherre Schwartz. Cherre helped
my wife and I find a rental when we first arrived in the
US in 2003 and again when we purchased our property at
Baltusrol Way. However, they were easy in comparison to
selling the property in the current market conditions
when we, unfortunately, had to leave the USA.
Cherre was totally committed, professional and
understanding. She also made sure the property was
always presentable after we moved out. She worked hard
to resolve issues that would normally be done by the
owner still being on site, which we were not. In fact I
have been in Hong Kong for most of the time, which means
we always spoke to each other at odd hours, and Cherre
was always available, seven days a week.
In the end we got a good price given the current market
conditions and we are very happy.
